School/program has established a shared vision for STEM and has leadership structures to support effective implementation.

Active communication and teamwork among our faculty and administration, connects our vision for STEM in our school. Our ongoing meetings, collaboration and professional development opportunities provide our teachers support and voice to bring STEM activities into our classrooms and event. Somerset Gables strongly believes in including teachers in the decision-making of our school. Committees form a significant part of the our school culture in providing teachers possibilities to actively take part in our school community. Our school administrators take part in all school committees to ensure that the school goal, mission, and vision are respected in all STEM initiatives. Further professional development providing teachers more in depth-strategies for STEM lessons across all curriculum areas is a future endeavor to increase teacher confidence with STEM incorporation.
